We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire a Project Management Support (m/f/d) (S) - RZ) in Rotkreuz. Our client is a global leader in medical diagnostics, developing innovative technologies and digital solutions that empower healthcare professionals to make accurate and timely decisions.

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Global Project Manager (m/f/d in Rotkreuz with 50-60% workload.

The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G-Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support custom build solution in Google Workspace
• Administration of a standard tool
• Basic training of users
• Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool
• Coordination of transition
• Application scripting for Google tools

Your profile:

• Vocational degree
• First project Management experience (*****)
• First development/scripting experience (*****)
• Ability to engage in stakeholder management (*****)
• Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management (*****)
• Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions
