Treasury / Trade Finance Manager

Description de posteA minimum of three years experience in trade finance, other relevant experience in treasury or similar is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field Tech savvy with excellent Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills, other programming languages are a plus Good understanding of hedging, with experience in hedge execution is a plus Good communication skills, both internally and externally Goal-oriented and dedicated personality Entrepreneurial mind-set Self-driven Ability to identify opportunities and transforming them into results High ability for networked thinking Excellent English skills is a must, any other language is an advantage Existing network within financing banks is a plus Innovative and fast-paced work environment An entrepreneurial culture offering multiple opportunities for learning and development A high degree of autonomy An international team, modern office infrastructure, and the possibility of flexible working
Your Responsibilities :
- Managing bilateral financing lines (CTF, Repo, overdraft), borrowing base, discounting and factoring facilities
- Communication with financing banks (onboarding, development, negotiation or terms, deal presentation, management of repos)
- Free cash analysis / -forecasting, cash management, monitoring cash allocation, active collateral management, redeveloping Liquidity planning tool
- Development of Risk Management Tools and Metrics, defining the standards and describe internal processes through SOPs
- Generating daily P&L and other reports for Senior Management (valuation of physical book against market incl. hedges)
- Optimizing overall interest costs and banking charges
- Daily cross-departmental communication and coordination between Finance / Treasury-, Trading-, Hedging-, Logistic- and Accounting departments
- Creation of company and bank presentations, active involvement in developing the banking relationships
