SOCIAL/ALTERNANCE on weekends and school holidays fixed-term contract until then renewable. The Office Médico-Pédagogique (OMP) of Geneva takes care of the development and learning of children and young people in vulnerable situations in the canton. OMP X and all missions: We are looking for staff in the group home to join the team of the Boveau School, a minor protection facility located in Corbeyrier (VD). You will support and care for children and pre-teens aged 4 to 12 who benefit from protective measures. Working hours: One to two weekends per month and several consecutive days during 8 weeks of school holidays: Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in Social Work or an equivalent qualification recognized by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SEFRI). Recognition must be provided, if applicable, specific skills characterizing the position: Willingness and ability to work with children experiencing emotional difficulties, and/or complex personal issues; Possess authority and a high level of internal security; Ability to propose varied indoor and outdoor activities to children of different ages; Proven skills for teamwork; Ability to manage night shifts and weekends calmly; Proficient oral and written French; Reflective posture and ability for self-analysis.
