Deployed across multiple sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with two locations, a housing department for adults with disabilities, whether intellectual or physical, a specialized school, and a sector and department of the specialized school “La Passerelle,” which welcomes children aged 6 to 18 years facing developmental and learning difficulties. It provides comprehensive support for the child, including educational assistance, therapeutic interventions and follow-ups, and the possibility of week-long accommodation and after-school care. For one of our specialized teaching classes, which welcomes 8 to 9 students aged 14 to 16 years, we are looking for a graduate at 85%, whose main mission will be to co-responsibly lead a class with a specialized teacher. The class aims to develop : A school environment that takes into account the resources and needs of the students, promoting a rewarding and dynamic approach, Activities that allow for learning through different channels, and Coordination within the interdisciplinary team as well as with the families of students. Through all their activities, the class tends to promote access to academic learning and to develop the functional and decision-making autonomy of the students. They develop and ensure follow-up, in connection with the students' network, on individualized projects. They mobilize resources that allow the student to become aware of their identity as an experienced person. You will be able to propose a structured and supportive environment for the students, with collective and individual activities that consider the school environment in which you operate.
