Your role
As a CRM Assistant in Private Banking you will support the Client Relationship Managers in their day-to-day tasks in the areas of trading, marketing, and administration. You will be a key element of the Swiss team in our Geneva office.
Your responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to CRMs and to the Desk Head in administrative and commercial activities
- Daily management of cash and corporate actions
- Execute trades in all major asset classes : FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, HF, and PE
- Prepare and organize client meetings, as well as organize business trips for CRMs
- Support CRMs for compliance or customer-related projects, as required
- Create KYC files with CRM’s support and manage the account opening and closing process
- Other administrative tasks, and ad-hoc requests
Your profile
Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking educationAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar positionSolid knowledge of Microsoft tools; Avaloq is an advantageStrong customer service ethics and excellent communication skillsHands on mentality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesSense of responsibilities, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibilityFluent in English and French (other languages an asset), good communication skillsAgencies, please note that only direct applications will be considered .
