The Residence d'Aigle is a medico-social facility, whose mission is of a type with a capacity of 77 beds, accommodating elderly residents for long and short stays. It also has a temporary reception center. To complete the nursing team, we are looking for : A nurse in community care at 80%. Your profile : Holder of a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in ASSC (Assistante en soins et santé communautaires) and a FEE (Federal Diploma), with prior experience in EMS (Etablissements Médico-Sociaux) for basic care, medical care and working in a multidisciplinary team. Proactive with a good sense of openness, analysis and facing complexities. Comfortable with support tools (knowledge of DIR is an asset). Main tasks : Organize and provide complete and personalized care to residents. Assess the physical, psychological and social needs of the resident, responding to them using available resources. Perform delegated medical acts. Work with members of the nursing team and other services of the institution.
