Responsible to close working collaboration with Wealth Planners covering the Suisse Romande and to provide them day-to-day support.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Provide active administrative support to a team of Wealth Planners (processing documentation, drafting correspondence, preparing documents, updating databases, preparing meetings, etc.).
- Prepare reports, client offers and marketing material
- Carry out legal research and assist Wealth Planners in drafting reports
- Manage diaries, schedule client meetings, manage procedural deadlines
- Monitor and update files and archive documents
- Support Wealth Planners in the processing of estate files and documentation
- Support in preparing presentations for management, the Suisse Romande market, clients, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor or Master degree in Law (preferably specializing in tax and / or inheritance law)Experience in a law firm, trust company or financial audit firmStrong organizational skills and attention to detailsExcellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamExcellent legal research, analysis and control skillsFlexibility and ability to manage changeThoroughness and discretionExcellent knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (proficiency in Excel and Power Point is essential)French mother tongue with very good command of spoken and written English, German or any other additional language is an assetWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
