Senior Executive Assistant

Senior Executive Assistant DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

  • You provide full administrative support to C-level Executives (prepare and update various documentation and templates, arrange business trips. handle expense reports)
  • You coordinate events, workshops and meetings and manage logistics matters
  • You prepare and edit various communications on SharePoint platform
  • You provide assistance for various projects

PROFIL ATTENDU

  • Commercial Education or Executive Assistant Federal Diploma
  • Solid administrative experience within an international environment (R&D / Pharma is an asset) with Senior Executives partners
  • Excellent command of English (at least C1) with strong writing skills, very good command of French
  • Computer literate (MS Office), tech savvy with new systems
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, responsiveness and efficiency, service orientation, professional and attention to details
