Responsibilities
- Coordinate implementation of MSF clinical policies, guidelines, and protocols.
- Undertake pre-operative consultations, evaluating surgical risks and obtaining patient consent.
- Perform emergency and scheduled surgical interventions following MSF protocols.
- Provide post-operative clinical care and collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance.
- Collect and analyse surgical-anaesthesia data to monitor quality and trends.
- Support in organising the operating programme, monitor material / equipment use, and advise on needs.
- Develop and implement emergency disaster response plan for hospital.
- Implement accidental blood exposure policy.
- Plan, evaluate, and supervise staff training to improve capabilities.
Support other medical teams / wards when needed.
Depending on our activities and needs, your responsibilities may be adapted and evolve according to specific projects.
You will not be facing these challenges alone—other MSF team members, both international and locally hired staff, will provide technical support, including extensive guidelines and protocols.

Requirements :
