ROLE DESCRIPTION

• The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordination Manager is responsible for managing L&D projects, organizing training programs, and ensuring seamless execution of both in-person and digital learning experiences.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, vendor management, supporting LMS administration, contributing to program design, and driving effective communication around L&D activities.
• The role reports to the L&D Director. It requires strong organizational skills, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and a passion for implementing a culture of continuous learning.
