JOB PURPOSE
An exciting opportunity exists for a world class General Manager to drive the onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations for our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the entire onboard Guest Experience and Hotel Operations, including revenue / service outlets, guest facing operations;
- Deliver on the brand standards and procedures;
- Hands on leader who will inspire, guide and mentor the onboard team.
QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
A minimum of 3-year experience as a Hotel Director or General Manager;Extensive experience with diverse Luxury / Premium hospitality;Finance and Administration experience;Previous experience in Start Ups / Pre-openings is an advantage;Previous experience onboard international cruise ships;Proficient in English. Any additional languages, particularly European languages is considered an advantage.VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
