About the team you are joining

IATA’s Corporate Secretary (LSCS) team ensures IATA’s corporate registrations comply with local requirements to enable IATA’s activities worldwide. As part of this team, the Manager, Corporate Subsidiaries & Registrations plays a key role in ensuring IATA’s entities remain properly registered, governed, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. The role reports to the Assistant Director Corporate Registrations and Compliance and works in close coordination with colleagues across Legal, Finance, PPD, Compliance, and regional offices.

What your day would be like

• As Manager, Corporate Subsidiaries & Registrations, you’ll coordinate and support corporate compliance activities, making sure statutory filings, registrations, and governance documents are accurate and up to date. You’ll oversee the preparation of agendas and documentation for governance meetings of IATA subsidiaries, working to ensure everything aligns with both legal requirements and IATA’s internal governance practices.
  
• Your role will involve regular coordination with a range of internal stakeholders—Legal, Finance, PPD, Compliance, and senior managers and IATA’s regional teams—to keep processes moving, records clean, and timelines on track. You’ll help maintain full visibility over the corporate structure. You will also engage with IATA’s external advisers and local regulators.
  
• You’ll also support the development and implementation of IATA’s Entity Management System (EMS), working with IATA’s I&D team, ensuring its integration with existing documentation and workflows.
  
• Beyond daily operations, you’ll act as a key support in reviewing and improving corporate compliance processes globally. This includes working closely with regional offices to ensure they understand their local filing obligations and feel supported in meeting them.

We would love to hear from you if

• You are experienced in corporate compliance, subsidiary governance, or a similar role—whether you bring a university degree and 5+ years of experience, or 7+ years of hands-on work supporting corporate filings, governance meetings, and maintaining company records.
  
• You’ve handled statutory filings and know your way around documents like corporate registration filings, annual reports, board resolutions, by-laws, or articles of association.
  
• You have experience working within a global organization and navigating cross-border requirements.
  
• You are comfortable preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and keeping follow-ups on track.
  
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• You are a clear communicator and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams.
• You are proactive, reliable, and resourceful—and not shy about suggesting ways to improve how things are done.
  
• You are fluent in English.
