Part of a structuration process, we are currently recruiting their future Head of Treasury.Build and maintain Treasury Policy, and implement across all locations<>
Ensure that there are effective and appropriate treasury controls in place at Group level and across the different international locations<>
Develop strategies to optimize the Group's funding structure and ensure compliance with all financial covenants<>
Manage day-to-day cash reporting from the subsidiaries, with a view to minimising idle cash, deploying cash as required between the businesses and monitoring intra-group funding and payment flows<>
Implementation of cash pooling or alternative cash management solution across the Group<>
Work closely with the international finance managers to drive improvements of the accuracy and reliability of the cash flow forecastsMonitoring business cash flows and inputting into the funding plan as part of the annual planning cycle<>
Creation and maintenance of mid to long term financing forecast in conjunction with the Business Plan<>
To develop and implement Group policies and procedures to manage FX and interest rate risk exposures including making recommendations for appropriate hedging strategy<>
Provide advice to the Group Finance team and subsidiary finance managers on Treasury related matters<>
Provide support to the CFO team across a range of themes including M&A activities, financing and cash management initiatives. This would include all initiatives in the order to cash and purchase to pay cycle<>
To create and generate required treasury reports on regular or ad-hoc basis for the CFO and the Board including analysis of Group's foreign exchange gains / losses, finance charges, debt and cash position<>
Support in the preparation of intercompany loan agreement<>
Monitoring and maintenance of appropriate banking instructions across the Group and their implementation across all the banks<>
Supporting audits as and when required (including but not limited to year end)<>
Work closely with banks in order to maintain and build strong banking relationships<>
Bank accounts management including KYC and signatories<>
Group treasury function|Zug, SwitzerlandA minimum of 8+ years Treasury and Cash management experience with a good understanding of key treasury controls and policies<>
Experience of international cash management solutions<>
Experience in developing and implement financial risk management strategies including FX and interest risk<>
Ideally professional qualification in Treasury (e.g. UK ACT)<>
Other relevant professional qualifications beneficial, e.g. accounting or tax (e.g. ACA, ACMA, CFA)<>
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<>
Excellent communications skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with banking partners<>
Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy and dynamic environment<>
Experience in SAP preferred, Excellent EXCEL skills are a must<>
Experience of working in a P / E environment and experience of acquisitions beneficial<>
