Responsibilities
Further development of a cross-channel content strategy along the customer journey
Conception of high-quality and targeted content for all relevant content formats (such as video, photos, posts)
Continuous performance optimization, including analyses, evaluations and creation of recommendations for future campaigns
Project management including scheduling and control of campaign budgets
You work closely with other departments and are the contact person for external agencies
You ensure that the content is CI-compliant and supports the company and marketing goals
Hardskills
University degree in communications, marketing or similar, preferably with several years of professional experience
You have a good feel for storytelling and a strong understanding of target groups
You have a talent for copywriting and a flair for graphic design
Fluent German and English are essential
