To accompany us, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with business services and technical teams in the digital domain, particularly in contact with the General teams on various missions that include:Analysis Activities:- Identify, collect, and structure business needs and associated risks/opportunities (particularly around privacy protection, branding, information security, sustainability, functional and technical requirements, taking into account IT and regulatory constraints).- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence of the proposed solutions (APIs, microservices, Cloud, etc.).- Assess technological risks and dependencies related to requested changes.- Advise stakeholders on business and technical matters (internal and/or external).Management and Coordination Activities:- Animate scoping workshops with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers and partners).- Facilitate collaboration among business units (product owners, business referents, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams.- Participate in functional testing and phases while ensuring coverage of sensitive requirements and end-to-end traceability.- Contribute to document governance (traceability, compliance, reporting, audit follow-up).Your Profile:- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical background and ideally in the insurance/financial sector.- Higher professional education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or another equivalent title) focused on business administration/management.- A good knowledge and understanding of business and regulatory processes in the insurance or Swiss financial sector (FINMA, LPD, GDPR).- Versatile experience: business analysis, solution development within agile teams (product owners, developers, QA/testers, scrum masters) and an understanding of global IT architecture, data security challenges, access and protection of critical systems, as well as APIs, microservices, etc., and key issues related to the Cloud.- Very good command of tools (Jira and Confluence) coupled with a strong knowledge of current agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). A certification (IIBA/BABOK or PMI-BA) is a plus.- Proficiency in French, English (oral and written, minimum B2 level); knowledge of German would be a real advantage.- You stand out for your solution-oriented approach and proactivity.
