IC Front-End Technical Production Support Section Manager

As part of a transversal support organization, you will lead a team of technicians. Your mission is to ensure the on-time and uninterrupted delivery of all chemistry required by our internal operations. You will also be in charge of our strategic Deionized Water generation stations, sub-fab rough pumps and gas abatement systems. You will be responsible for the smart management of the chemistry Warehouse and you will contribute to achieving EM’s 2030 environmental targets for water recycling and GHG emissions reduction.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure the team’s capacity and capability to deliver services to our internal customers
• Capitalize on knowledge through the creation and update of official EM procedures
• Develop, motivate and support team members
• Take part in various projects on EM site related to your department.
• Responsible for: Ultra-pure Deionized water (DIW) generation station Wastewater neutralization station Chemical warehouse and stock levels management Rough pumps maintenance Gas abatements systems – process gas neutralization (Scrubbers) maintenance Chemical waste management Parts cleaning and miscellaneous support for fab equipment sub parts Regular On call duty
• Interface with EM technical services, production teams, chemist and on-site sister companies
• Interface with suppliers
