Role Description

We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, organized, and has a positive attitude to help in daily tasks to support the team. This individual will have full exposure to a fast growing company and a high learning environment.

Tasks

Responsibilities :

  • Support digital marketing
  • Triage shared inboxes
  • Help coordinate interviews
  • Help to manage the teams calendars / schedules
  • Triage documents in appropriate folders for good organization and maintenance
  • Support the team on various tasks so that we can thrive as a team
  • Support in expense tracking

    • The role can evolve and expand, as the business grows. There could be other tasks you may find interesting / excited to take

    Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Finance or Business related degree
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Swiss B-Permit or EU / Swiss citizen
  • Interest in Startup / Entrepreneurship
  • Recently graduated or still in school in a related field
  • Detail oriented and organized
