Our mastery of hyaluronic acid allows us to offer the highest performance filling products and dermocosmetics in over 90 countries worldwide and to be the 3rd global player in hyaluronic acid-based fillers.As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a:Senior R&D Management ControllerMain Activities:- Control all activities related to projects and support services (research, development, clinical, regulatory, etc.).- Actively contribute to the budgeting process and the monthly accounting closure (provisions, project monitoring, workforce monitoring, etc.).- Provide support to various departments in the budget monitoring of their activities.- Communicate with the Scientist Officer for project pipeline management.- Establish and monitor relevant financial indicators that enable various cost center managers and project leaders to manage their activities.- Develop the financial project tracking process: business case, budgeting (total or by phase), project setup (Go/No-Go), actual expense tracking by project/department/activity, quarterly updates of forecasts, financial dashboards, KPIs.- Be a major player in the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools (e.g., P2P processes: order commitment, order receipt, provisions, invoices).- Adapt the current method to IFRS standards.- Be the financial reference in supporting structuring projects.Profile:- Master's degree or equivalent in corporate finance, management control.- Minimum 7 years in a similar role in the medical device or pharmaceutical field.- Perfect mastery of office tools, knowledge of Power BI is a plus, understanding of ERP operations, SAP Business One knowledge is a plus, knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.- Fluent in French, English B2. jid25fed53aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
