What You’ll Do :

  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end mobility process, both international and domestic, with a focus on movement into our US locations.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR team and other key stakeholders on all mobility-related matters.
  • Design and implement mobility and immigration processes in partnership with global stakeholders including Finance and Purchasing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flows.
  • Manage vendor relationship with all mobility vendors, including immigration attorneys, relocation services, tax consultants, and destination services.
  • Work with service providers to ensure SLAs and internal clients’ needs are met.
  • First point of contact for candidates, HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and internal stakeholders, pro-actively advising on mobility process, requirements, timelines and financial impact.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and execute international relocation policies and guidelines including handling any exception management / tracking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders like Corporate Tax, Export Control, Legal, Rewards and HR and Payroll specialists to ensure compliance and improve knowledge and understanding in this area.
  • Provide detailed Mobility reporting and analysis on a regular basis to HR leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the VIE French international internship program in partnership with global team.
  • Contribute to annual Y+1 budgeting process as budget lead for expatriate labor costs and externals services; monitor and manage associated costs throughout the year
  • Partner with Treasury on chargebacks for expat expenses ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and human resources best practices and assists with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement.
  • Maintains the company’s employee handbook and HR policies by coordinating input from appropriate stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and implement compliance-related processes and policies as requested and in partnership with COEs (e.g. Offer Letter templates, Termination, Severance documents)
  • Reviews mandatory and non-mandatory training programs for compliance with relevant laws, including but not limited to the following topics : anti-harassment training, wage and hour training, and data privacy.
  • Identifies discrepancies, risks, and other problems, then prepares reports, presenting and explaining findings and recommended corrective measures.
  • Partners with stakeholders and responsible parties to implement recommended corrective measures to resolve problems and any noncompliance.
  • File appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
  • Direct the development or implementation of HR compliance-related policies and procedures throughout the organization.
  • What You’ll Need : Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or a related field.
  • Experience :

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management
  • Bi-lingual in English & Spanish / Portuguese / French is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including excel proficiency.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
