We are currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with broad, hands-on coverage across multiple SuccessFactors modules, in particular Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Time Off.

Your Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors with broad module coverage (Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Time Off)
- Solid understanding of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) processes and data replication
- Experience with HR system integrations, ideally using SAP CPI
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Very good communication skills

Your Tasks
- Hands-on configuration and operational support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and additional modules, including Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Time Off
- Maintenance of business rules, workflows, data models, and role-based permissions
- Support of daily HR system operations, including incident analysis, defect resolution, and performance troubleshooting
- Support and troubleshooting of integrations between SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and downstream systems
- Coordination with external support or partners, including prioritisation and escalation
