Your responsabilities :
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory in Switzerland and designated areas in Europe.
- Create and execute a sales plan, including forecasts, to maximize profitable sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all stages of the sales process, including lead qualification, understanding customer requirements, managing samples, preparing quotations, closing sales, and fostering ongoing account development.
- Plan, prioritize, and carry out sales activities, focusing on target accounts.
- Present the company’s value proposition at conferences and to prospective customers through technical and commercial presentations.
Your Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum 5 years in selling technical capital equipment for materials processing within the industrial sector.Background in Aerospace and Power Generation industries is an advantage.Proven ability to meet sales targets with strong technical knowledge; excellent time management and organizational skills.Flexibility to travel 40% to 80% of the time as needed for the role.Fluent in English and French, with proficiency in an additional language (Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese).Swiss nationality or a valid work permit.LI-BH1 #LI-Hybrid
