IT Solution Designer 100% - m/f

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather detailed requirements, and support the definition of effective solutions.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture and analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

Develop clear and structured documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Act as a communication bridge between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

Contribute to solution design by working closely with IT teams to evaluate options and recommend the most suitable approach.

Produce solution design materials such as diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation to guide implementation.

Contribute to project planning by helping define scope, estimate timelines, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure successful delivery.

Expertise required to be successful

• 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis, solution design and systems integrations
• Good knowledge of AWS architecture and design
• Solid working knowledge of relevant digital tools, curious about, able to learn, assimilate and understand the impacts of current and future technologies
• Fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills
