The firm regularly partners with experienced freelance professionals on high-value audit engagements, offering a high level of autonomy, exposure to complex mandates, and collaboration with recognized experts in the Asset Management space.
Job
- Lead and manage financial and regulatory audits for asset managers, management companies, and traditional, real estate, and alternative investment funds.
- Define audit strategies and ensure engagements are delivered in full compliance with auditing standards and internal methodologies.
- Supervise, coach, and develop audit teams, fostering a strong collaborative and learning-oriented culture.
- Prepare high-quality audit files for Partner review and contribute to the presentation of audit findings to senior management and Boards of Directors.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing technical expertise on accounting, regulatory, and industry-specific matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support clients in adapting to new requirements, including ESG reporting and other emerging trends.
Profile
- Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification or an equivalent certification (ACCA, ACA, CPA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit within the Asset Management industry.
- High affinity for IT and digital tools, with practical experience in data analytics solutions such as Alteryx, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills in French, with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Proactive, adaptable, and innovative mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-changing regulatory and technological environment.
