Your Role As part of the production team, you will report initially to the Production manager.

Main responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and electronic parts.

Inspect and test manufactured products & incoming goods.

Track manufacturing and inspection steps in the ERP.

Work according to internal documentation.

Maintain complete traceability in manufacturing.

Report unexpected events & findings and promote safety of flight.

Perform product Final Inspection.

Comply with internal safety guidelines.

Participate to the scale-up and growth of production activities (e.g.

collaborative edition of Technical Instructions).

Your Profile Experience in a regulated environment (aviation, space, medical, automotive...) Background in mechanics or electronics, a mix of both is a plus Comfortable following internal procedures while remaining open to change and continuous improvement Electrical / wiring knowledge is a plus Familiarity with machine, process, or maintenance environments is a plus Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt priorities as needed Genuine interest in working in the innovative field of electrical aviation Willingness to occasionally work at another company site if the need arises Good level of English; French is an asset What We Offer The opportunity to work on cutting-edge electric aviation technology with real-world impact A collaborative, international, and purpose-driven team Opportunities to grow into technical or leadership roles A flexible and supportive work environment An exceptional work location in Sion, Valais, in the heart of the Swiss Alps You will have a direct impact on our products and on how we design and build them, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving environment.
