For a Trust company based in Geneva.The successful candidate will help the Trust Management team of 5 persons to : Manage a varied portfolio of fiduciary structures (Companies and Trusts) for global clients, monitoring the structures from an administrative, financial and regulatory perspectiveWork with clients confidently, providing an exceptional service and showing an understanding of their needs with tailoring of information to suit.Regularly review client structures, investigate, suggest and drive enhancements where identified.Engage directly with third party advisers eg lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants to provide excellent administration services. Review legal and tax advice where appropriate and interpret relevant advice as required.Work with Compliance team to ensure awareness and adherence to Regulatory and AML obligations and Company policies and procedures, developing best practice across the business.Management of cash collection across the portfolioDocument management and file maintenance, drafting of resolutions, minutes, meeting notes and corporate documentsYou have experience in the Trust Industry as a Trust Admin, Officer or Manager|You speak English fluentlyExperience in the Trust industry for a minimum of 2 yearsWorked for a SATC memberWilling to do a STEP certificationFluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus100% only<>
