LDC Solution Design Manager - Manufacturing Execution

Proclinical is seeking a Solution Design Manager for Manufacturing Execution to contribute to the design and development of SAP S4 HANA-based processes. This role focuses on aligning solutions with business needs, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to transform data and digital capabilities into strategic assets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SAP S4 HANA-based processes for manufacturing execution, including integration with production planning, MES, line management systems, and other functions like Finance and Quality.
• Ensure solution designs meet business and user requirements, align with architectural roadmaps, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT experts and connected workstreams to ensure integrated and efficient solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap workshops, identify critical integration points, propose solutions, and align with business teams.
• Deliver project work within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Document and validate solutions through peer reviews and approvals from functional leads and business stakeholders.
• Oversee solution testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Promote standardized design and development processes to minimize customization and optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security and regulatory policies, including FDA and GMP frameworks.
• Engage with functional and adoption teams, conducting regular meetings and workshops to incorporate operational feedback.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP with strong knowledge of manufacturing execution, production planning, and MES.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production, drug substance manufacturing, or packaging.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively.
• Excellent presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards.
• Desirable: Six Sigma knowledge, project management skills, and expertise in lean manufacturing and risk management.
