Team Leader and Technical Leader

For one of our clients in Geneva, a banking company, we are recruiting a Team Leader and Technical Leader who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Main responsabilities : You will lead a team of developers, driving design, development, and governance using your sound technical expertise and leadership skills.Team Leader Responsibilities :

• Transparent and through communication skills
• Lead and manage team activities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Regular planning review and priorities of resources
• Management of allocated budget
• Ensure the timely delivery of assigned projects, meeting quality, cost, and bank standards.
• Provide 3rd and 2nd level support for applications within the team's responsibility, ensuring their reliability and performance

Technical Leader Responsibilities :

• Define, design, and deliver enhancements to existing applications in alignment with the defined roadmap, considering capacity, criticality, and benefits for the Bank.
• Conduct regular reviews of produced deliverables, both automatic and manual, to assess compliance levels and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Generate detailed management reports on the state of development framework, highlighting compliance with defined rules.
• Actively participate in the technical architecture design and contribute to the Global Tech Lead Committee, evaluating the impact of other technical initiatives .
• Provide coaching and mentoring to developers, offering proper training and ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.

Profile :

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position
• Experience in banking area
• Swiss resident : Mandatory
