  • Install electron microscopes in EMEA by;Supporting the preparation steps of your upcoming assignmentComplete the installation and setup of our sold equipment from move-in to customer acceptanceWork with 3rd party contractors to ensure a smooth installation progress
  • Give our customers the best possible install experience on their newly installed equipment with clear communication and good technical skills
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve their specific needs and requirements
  • Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with Thermofisher Scientific colleagues and customers assuring the highest level of customer experience.
  • Offer & seek technical assistance and guidance throughout the installation and operation process with colleagues and supporting departments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues
  • Timely and accurate recording of your activities. Document the work done and works according to standard operating procedures.

    • Job Requirements :

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical / electrical / electronic, or any equivalent engineering major.
    • Graduates within the last 24 months or expected to graduate soon
    • Able to obtain a valid passport and travel frequently as required up to 80%
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • IT skills in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
    • Good English language skills in word and writing.
    • Interest in technology with motivation to develop skills and knowledge in service engineering.
    • Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to carry out precision mechanical work.
    • Highly motivated to go for the goals set and take on the challenge at hand
    • Ideal location for this job is around Eindhoven (Netherlands) , Brno (Czech), South- Germany, France.
