About the TEAM

You will join the Global Brand Engagement team which is at the forefront of consumer experience innovation through high-equity partnerships and global event marketing initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently studying for your College/University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality

• Experience with hospitality, consumer facing roles, project management, drive for result and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English

Roles & Objectives

As part of the Global Brand Engagement team, you will be dedicated to support our global event marketing and partnership initiatives and help shape seamless consumer experience journey for IQOS users, media partners as well as internal PMI audiences during global events.

You will be involved in leading hospitality strategy and 360 thinking around guest management and experience during the global events.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

• hospitality strategy development for Global Events in 2026.
• leading hospitality program development, execution, logistics, agency management.
• variety of needed tasks on the ground during the events to ensure executional excellence and customer satisfaction.
• compiling reports and insights based on customer feedback during and after global events.

You will be working closely with variety of stakeholders across organization and actively contributing your ideas leveraging upon your project management and hospitality skills for shared team success.
