Junior Sales Administration Assistant

Objective of the position : To ensure the proper execution of customer orders and logistics follow-up, guaranteeing the fluidity of transactions. Responsibilities : - Manage the processing of customer orders (from entry to shipment with carriers and track deliveries).- Carry out order deliveries periodically (within the region).- Keep stock updated and ensure restocking from the central warehouse.- Organize inventory and conduct physical inventories (not digital).- Ensure communication between the sales teams, the cellar, and accounting.Other tasks : Depending on internal needs, the profile may be required to perform support tasks such as [organizing] events.
