Your mission :

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions
  • Admin support for concur (Heads only), itravel-concur / travel booking, ATOSS
  • Organisation and support for Gipfelimeeting, seminars, webinars, visits, events, symposiums
  • Create orders in Ariba / invoicing, manual payments, PCard orders
  • Coordinate employees with Inlingua
  • Maintain the site new starter list for HSE introduction
  • Deputize the Admin Lead during holidays etc.

Your profile :

  • Vocational training as Administrative Assistant with job experience
  • Proficiency in MS office and agile in learning new tools
  • German or English as mother tongue with very good written and spoken skills of the other language (B2 or above)
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a Junior Administrative Assistant role
  • Very good and honest communication skills
  • Organizational talent and sense of empathy for people
  • Ability to establish strong networks as well as to work independently
