Position : Senior Compliance Officer

Salary : CHF 140’000-160’000

Tasks

• Provide expert compliance advisory services to front-office departments, guiding them on regulatory obligations and best practices to mitigate compliance risks
• Oversee the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks. Ensure policies, processes, and controls are in place to identify, manage, and report AML risks
• Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships
• Review and analyze client documentation, including business contracts, financial statements, and legal agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, advising internal stakeholders on implications for business activities and assisting in the implementation of necessary changes to policies and procedures
