Your key responsibilities :
Manage calls, correspondence, and front-desk reception as a first point of contact.
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism.
Support diary / calendar management, meeting setup and events.
Coordination and ensure smooth office operations, supplier coordination and vendors.
Support filing, archiving, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
Assist management with daily operational needs even under pressure.
Your profile :
Bilingual in English and French , with strong communication skills.
Proven experience in a receptionist and office manager role ideally in a family office.
Calm under pressure and able to manage priorities independently
