Project Planning and Execution : Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager for Asset and Infrastructure. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Team Leadership : Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Reporting and Communication : Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports.
