We’re looking for a Solution Consultant with a passion for solving problems, and helping organizations realize their business vision. As part of our Veeva Quality Solution Consulting team, you will play a key role in the sales process: understanding customer needs, crafting compelling solution demonstrations, and showing how Veeva can transform the way they work. You’ll join a dynamic, supportive, high-performing team where you can grow rapidly and make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Conducting discovery and needs analysis to understand key customer requirements
- Configuring tailored, value-driven demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
- Applying your industry knowledge to communicate the business value of our solutions
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Delivering value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs
- Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, and Proofs of Concept to help prospects envision their processes within Veeva.
- Supporting marketing activities such as webinars, recorded demos, and industry events
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or another regulated industry
- 3+ years working with, delivering, or supporting Quality Assurance software solutions in Life Sciences or medical device/diagnostics
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel within the EU (as needed)
- Self-sufficiency with energy, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of process design and quality operations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in pre-sales or another customer-facing role at a software company
- Experience with SaaS/cloud applications
- Background in consulting or software implementation
- Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages
