Job Overview :
- As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee one of the largest and most strategic client relationships in Switzerland, reporting directly to the Client Account Director.
- Your focus will be on handling large accounts in Switzerland, with a specific emphasis on selling complex ICT infrastructure solutions, including hardware, software, and server and storage technologies.
- You’ll be part of a team responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure product portfolio, which includes hardware, software, and solutions in server and storage technologies.
- Close collaboration with technical pre-sales and project delivery teams is essential for ensuring successful client outcomes.
- You will interact with key decision-makers in IT infrastructure at the client site, typically at the expert, manager, and director levels. About a third of your time will be spent on-site at the client’s premises.
Candidate Profile :
We are seeking a mid-senior professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar Key Account Manager role, ideally within the technology industry.Fluency in German / Swiss-German and proficiency in English are required.Solid experience in B2B sales is required, with a focus on cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships.A technical background in a related field (IT, Telecom, Electrical Engineering) and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions are essential.Previous experience working with Telecom clients is a significant asset.The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, an excellent communicator, and adept at managing internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.Benefits :
