  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize event profitability
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the event sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Sales Campaigns : Design and execute effective sales campaigns, including outreach, presentations, and negotiations
  • Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, exhibitor sales, and ticket sales for tech events
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experience
  • Reporting : Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in event sales, with a focus on tech events preferred
  • Leadership : Proven leadership experience with the ability to grow, inspire and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Sales Acumen : Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its key players
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship Building : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Managerial role in event sales industry
