We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for a Relationship Manager, Derivatives to strengthen our team in Zug.

As our bank grows daily, we need individuals with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services for clients.

You will be entrusted with client portfolio, tasked with its growth through client-centric servicing. Additionally, you'll be on the front lines, assisting in the hunting of new prospects through online channels, events, and even cold calling to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

In this role you will be responsible for the following :

Business development Proactively expanding the Bank’s crypto derivatives business - acquiring clients, developing existing clients and being a subject matter expert on derivatives in the Sales and Business Development team.

Targeting Banks, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, Hedge Funds, and potential partners in line with approved jurisdictions of the Bank.

Secure B2B collaborations, and crypto derivatives product sales by executing a targeted sales strategy tailored to the crypto derivatives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the existing network and independently cultivate relationships to grow the Bank’s presence.

Maintain close collaboration with the Bank’s regional offices.

Relationship management & networking Maintain relationships with existing crypto otc derivatives clients and build new relationships by identifying and engaging prospects.

Serve as the primary representative for the Bank in sales and account management across all client segments for AMINA Bank’s crypto derivatives related business.

Supporting existing and prospective option trading clients with crypto derivatives market insights in collaboration with the AMINA derivatives trading team.

Market and product development Monitor external developments in the local & global crypto derivatives market, identify opportunities and translate / develop them into new products.

Working closely with Traders and Product Managers.

For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience :

  • Strong product understanding of derivatives, ideally crypto or with FX derivatives. Should understand pricing, risks especially option greeks, hedging and settlements.
  • Being able to analyze crypto options market data and trends and field client outgoing and incoming conversations.
  • Experience with crypto as an asset class and focus on crypto derivatives (otc options in particular).
  • Strong network in the derivatives crypto space (Exchanges, Professional Investors, Family Offices).
  • At least 5 - 7 years within a regulated environment, preferably banking.
  • Strong and proven Sales skills and experience.
