Fragrance Claim Scientist at Coty ensures cross-functional coordination and project management to support marketing-led claim strategies

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Fragrance Claim Scientist, you are responsible for claim coordination, validation, substantiation.

You ensure the coordination and validation of fragrance-related product claims across a portfolio of brands. You work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing ambitions while ensuring compliance and scientific credibility.

Your main focus :

• Coordinate claim development processes across multiple fragrance and ancillary product projects
• Prepare and manage testing plans with internal experts to support claim substantiation
• Track project milestones, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of claim documentation
• Review packaging and artwork to ensure alignment with validated claims
• Conduct benchmarks and propose innovative, compliant claim opportunities

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to coordinate complex projects, translate technical insights, and collaborate across functions. As an experienced Fragrance Claim Scientist, you simplify scientific data and ensure marketing ambitions are met with rigor and creativity. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment:

• Have a scientific or technical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, cosmetic science)
• Understand regulatory and testing processes in the beauty industry
• Are comfortable with digital tools and project tracking systems
• Can interpret and communicate technical data clearly
• Are fluent in English; other languages are a plus
