About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern youll be at the heart of Akselos people operations. From sourcing and engaging top talent to creating powerful employer branding content youll help us attract connect and inspire the next generation of innovators. Youll also provide HR and office coordination support to ensure our Lausanne office runs smoothly. Internship duration: 6-8 months

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Support hiring managers and HR in defining and executing sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Implement diverse sourcing approaches (LinkedIn social media referrals university partnerships).
• Coordinate Akselos participation in recruitment events and job fairs to boost brand visibility.

Candidate Experience

• Schedule interviews collect feedback and maintain transparent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support internal teams and external consultants throughout the recruitment process.
• Gather and analyze recruitment data (applications hires attrition feedback) to generate actionable insights.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging recruitment campaigns (social media posts visuals newsletters).
• Develop authentic employee stories and multimedia content that showcase Akselos culture and values.
• Contribute to initiatives that position Akselos as an attractive employer in tech and energy.

Digital Presence & Career Page

• Maintain and update our career page with accurate appealing content.
• Track recruitment campaign performance and propose optimizations.
• Ensure alignment between brand identity and digital communication in collaboration with tech and marketing teams.

HR & Office Support

• Provide administrative assistance to the CFO and VP HR (scheduling document management record keeping).
• Coordinate office logistics supplies and vendor relations.
• Support onboarding activities internal events and company meetings to foster engagement and collaboration.

Your Profile

Education:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters program in Human Resources Business Administration Communications or related field.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong motivation to grow in HR recruitment or administrative coordination.
• Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
• Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal skills with natural ease in networking and relationship-building.
• Adaptable service-oriented and professional under pressure.
• Curious emotionally intelligent and eager to learn.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ATS systems (e.g. BambooHR).
• Familiarity with content creation and social media campaigns.
• Interest in technology innovation and the energy transition.
