Responsibilities
- Independent management of development projects during all phases from the feasibility study to the market launch, taking into account the customer's perspective
- Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, fulfilment of product requirements and adherence to milestones
- Schedule and resource planning and project reporting for development orders
- Development and industrialisation of insulators, systems, devices, processes and product families
- Preparation of development documents, patent clarifications and implementation of regulatory requirements
