- Collaborate with coordinators, contractors and specialists (tax, legal, mortgage) to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Maintain accurate compliance records and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the client portal
What Makes This Role Different
- High-volume, qualified lead flow (strong meeting generation; typical consultant handles ~6 meetings/week)

- Strong client-facing skills, disciplined, coachable and process-oriented
- Willingness to study for industry qualifications and continuously upskill
- Humble team player with high professional standards and a client-first mindset
Desirable
- Prior experience in Swiss IFA/private client advisory or with a competitor
- Language skills: English plus French and/or German
Earnings & Progression
- Competitive base salary + commission (structured, generous remuneration)
- Clear progression into senior consultant and management roles; earnings increase materially with performance and seniority
- Typical ramp-up period: 2–3 years to reach senior consultant earnings for committed, process-driven individuals
Benefits & Support
- Structured training program, mentoring from senior advisers
- Full operational and compliance support; study support for qualifications
- Remote/phone-based working model with office in Nyon; flexible arrangements
- Career mobility within an international group and opportunities for leadership roles
