For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a :
CREDIT ANALYST (Lombard & Morgages lending)
Job description
Within a small team your will be in charge of :
- Analysing the credit files, monitoring the credit exposures and reporting to Head of credit department
- Executing approved transactions including documentation and perfection of security
- Processing credit lines as well as fixed term loans in the system following approval of credit applications ensuring all terms & conditions are met
- Following up the required credit documentation collected for each file as per demands of the Credit Committee
- Monitoring of excesses under credit lines, uncovered credits and preparation of the periodic watchlists
- Controling and reporting on the credit approvals and watchlist to competent authorities
- Reviewing of mortgage loans and ensuring payment of interest and amortization as per approved schedule.
