Your team

FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration andernance, as well as riskpliance and investment management services.

Your role

  • Manage a team of experienced specialists responsible for monitoring thepliance of investment constraints and risk management of funds under administration.
  • Participate in analyses related to the structuring and establishment of an investment fund (portfolio analysis, risk monitoring, FINMA applications etc)
  • Conduct the initial selection process of asset managers by performing due diligence on delegated investment managers.
  • Contribute to the development and strengthening of our investment management oversight function. Supervise delegated investment managers, ensuring they have the appropriate organization. Monitor the implementation of the investment strategy defined by selected asset managers.
  • Participate in determining the risk profiles of investment funds, identify risks and limits associated with each investment fund and at entity level in terms of legal and regulatory framework and risk appetite. Implement a control plan and key processes within thepany's internal control system, including conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) campaigns and control testing.
  • Coordinate, clarify, and strengthen thepany's internal organization through participation and, if necessary, management of process and tool improvement projects
  • Provide regular activity reports toernance bodies
  • Maintain contact with fund managers, Pictet Asset Services clients, internal clients, and auditors (internal / external) as part of the role's activities.

Your profile

  • University degree (or equivalent qualification) with a specialization in finance, economics, or riskpliance management; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the asset management field within a financial institution or audit firm.
  • Ability to interact with managers to discuss functional, organizational, and technical aspects of their activities.
  • Proficiency in report writing, particularly for managerial or client audiences.
  • Experience in building analytical tools (Excel, VBA, Tableau, Python) is a plus.
  • Excellentmand of both spoken and written French and English. German is an advantage.
  • Residence in Switzerland is required.
