Join an established international fiduciary organisation as a Trust Manager, managing a portfolio of international trusts and legal entities while acting as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their professional advisers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for clients, overseeing trust and fiduciary structures, succession planning matters and wealth preservation arrangements.
  • Ensure that client structures remain aligned with their individual objectives, family circumstances and long-term wealth planning needs.
  • Work closely with legal, tax, investment and other professional advisers to provide integrated solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and their advisers.
  • Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Review trust accounts, financial statements and other reports, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Monitor the ongoing administration and compliance of structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of international trust, fiduciary and estate planning developments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, AML/KYC and internal requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of data protection when handling sensitive client information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fiduciary processes and client service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • TEP/STEP, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • 7+ years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services, with proven experience managing international clients and complex structures.
  • Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning principles, international tax considerations and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Previous experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and their professional advisers.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.
  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit.
