ppNexthink is the leader in digital employee experience management software. The company provides IT leaders with unprecedented insight allowing them to see, diagnose and fix issues at scale impacting employees anywhere, with any applicationor network, before employees notice the issue. As the first solutionto allow IT to progress from reactive problem solving to proactive optimization, Nexthink enables its more than 1,300 customers to provide better digital experiences to more than 18 millionemployees. Dual headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, Nexthink has 9 offices worldwide. /ppAbout Spark /ppSpark is Nexthink's personal IT agent for every employee. Built on the Nexthink Infinity platform, it combines real-time endpoint telemetry, AI-driven diagnostics, and IT-approved automation to resolve issues in seconds, with no queues, no handoffs, and no tickets. /ppSpark is live and adopted by enterprise customers today, resolving the majority of IT issues at first contact without human escalation. See it for yourself: a nexthink.com/platform/spark /a /pp#LI-Hybrid /ppWe're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core area of Spark, from problem definition through measured outcome in production. /ppYou’ll join a dedicated Spark product group, where each product manager owns a distinct part of the agent, working alongside the engineering, applied AI, and design specialists who build it. You won’t be the only person in the room who understands agentic systems. You’ll have peers who have shipped autonomous AI at enterprise scale, and you’ll be expected to raise their game as much as they raise yours. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliOwn the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for your area of Spark. /liliWork directly with enterprise customers to understand what employees actually experience, not what the ticket data claims they experience. /liliPartner daily with engineering, applied AI, and design to ship agent capabilities that are reliable, safe, and observable. Autonomous action on an employee's device is a high-trust operation, so you’ll help define the guardrails as much as the features. /liliDefine how success is measured, and be rigorous about what the data supports and what it doesn’t. /liliTurn ambiguity into sequenced, defensible priorities, then communicate them clearly enough that engineering, sales engineering, and leadership all reach the same conclusion. /liliStay close to the frontier of agentic AI and translate what’s newly possible into what we should build next. /li /ulpWhat We’re Looking For /ppEssential /pulli5+ years in product management, including enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale. /liliExperience shipping products where you have personally participated in evaluation design, strategy, experimentation, and iterative optimization. /liliDemonstrated ability to structure ambiguity into clear priorities, and to say now it has reason. /liliFluency with data. You can query it yourself, and you push back when framing outruns evidence. /liliExcellent written and spoken English, with the range to move between an engineering standup and an executive pre-read. /li /ulpNice to have /pulliBackground in ITSM, IT operations, or digital employee experience. /liliExperience with proactive engagement products such as notifications, campaigns, and nudges, where the hard problem is earning attention without becoming noise. /liliExperience with conversational or channel integrations (Teams, ServiceNow, voice). /li /ulpWe know strong candidates rarely tick every box. If you meet most of the essentials, apply. /ph3Why Join Us /h3ulliWork on a shipped, differentiated AI product with real enterprise adoption, not a pilot searching for a use case. /liliBuild autonomous agents on one of the richest real-time endpoint data foundations in the industry. /liliA small, senior product group with genuine ownership and short paths to decisions. /liliHybrid working, a global team, and a learning budget. /li /ulpNexthink is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and are happy to adjust the process for accessibility needs. Just tell us what would help. /ppAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. /ppWe are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise. Our innovative solutions integrate real-time analytics, automation, and employee feedback across all endpoints. This enables our IT teams to solve complex technical challenges, create ever more productive workplaces, and deliver happy, satisfied employees in the digital workplace. /ppWith over 1000 employees across 5 continents, Nexthink operates as One Team, connecting, collaborating and innovating to continuously grow. We call our employees ‘Nexthinkers’ and our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity is second to none. We currently have over 75 nationalities working with us, from all cultures and backgrounds, speaking many different languages. /ppIf you are looking for a change and like a nice atmosphere, lots of challenges, and having fun while working, this is a great opportunity for you! /ph3Check what we offer: /h3ulliPermanent Contract and a competitive compensation package. /liliBeautiful office with a view of Lake Geneva, conveniently located next to the Prilly-Malley train station /liliHybrid work model balancing office and remote work, with a structured approach for new hires to foster connections and onboarding. /liliFlexible Hours and unlimited vacation (employees have unlimited paid time off on top of the 25days of holidays we offer)plus 3 company-paid volunteer days. /liliFree access to a fitness centre inside the building. /liliReimbursement of the half-fare travel card for public transport. /liliReimbursement up to 50% of the cost of French classes. /liliFresh fruit, cookies, and soft drinks as well. /liliRegular company and team events like Voluntary Days, Pizza talks, Team Building activities, hosting Meetups at the office and more! /liliBonuses for referring successful hires after three months of continuous employment. /liliWe offer a relocation package to people who are coming from another country. /li /ulpPlease note that not all the benefits listed above are available for temporary, contract, and internship roles.
