You will have multiple tasks, which include: /pulliAnalysis and validation from a compliance and AML perspective of cash and security transfers /liliReview and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint /liliCarry out reviews of transactions alerts qualified as High Risk Transactions, in particular from an AML/CTF standpoint. Perform in-depth clarifications to clients and draft documentation memos /liliConduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysis /liliIdentify and escalation potentially suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure to the relevant Compliance teams /liliAssess and document clients’ digital asset-related Source of Funds and Source of Wealth /liliParticipation in key regulatory projects /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliGraduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset /lili3-5 years of experience in the Compliance Monitoring /liliGood knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws, especially in anti-money laundering regulations /liliKnowledge of crypto is an asset /liliExcellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset) /liliAnalytical and methodological approach /liliProactivity and ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloads /liliFlexible and able to handle a variety of tasks /liliVery good communication and collaboration skills /liliStrong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
