An Independent Property Accountant / 80-100%

Your mission:

• Complete and autonomous bookkeeping of a portfolio of managed properties (general accounting, debtors and creditors) with the support of the service manager.
• Execution and/or supervision of collections and re-invoicing.
• Checking allocations and entry of creditor invoices, preparation and validation of payments (including available ones).
• Execution and/or supervision of bank reconciliations
• Management of concierge salaries
• Preparation and handling of disputes in collaboration with the managers
• Preparation of service charge statements
• Closing of accounts and preparation of management statements
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards
• Management of various deadlines determined with the service manager
• Customer relations for any file related to accounting and disputes
• Correspondence (letters and emails) related to accounting and disputes.
• Collaboration with other departments as well as with external correspondents.
• Organisation and filing of various accounting documents

What we expect:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
• Experience in property accounting (essential)
• Fiduciary or property sector desired
• Knowledge of Garaio Rem software (an asset)
• Structured, conscientious and proactive person
• Sense of priorities and autonomy in work
• Positive attitude and ease of collaboration
• Knowledge of Garaio Rem software (an asset)
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a property accountant position (or similar)
