Responsibilities - You manage the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established quality standards
- You supervise the organisation and coordination of tasks within your section
- You set priorities to ensure smooth service during lunches and dinners
- You manage stocks and orders necessary for the proper functioning of your station
- You supervise compliance with hygiene and safety standards within your section
- You establish a clean and orderly work environment at the end of service
- You supervise and support Apprentices and Interns under your responsibility
- You ensure the proper execution of plating in accordance with the house requirements
Profile sought - You have successful experience in a brasserie or high-end hotel
- You confidently handle various preparation, cooking and plating techniques
- You establish effective and positive communication with your team
- You supervise your station with rigour and attention to detail
- You manage stress and unforeseen events with dynamism and professionalism
- You demonstrate exemplary behaviour and a sense of service in line with the hotel's values
