Ecofina SA is a Swiss company specialising in financing, scalable leasing, and structuring equipment solutions for businesses. We support professional clients in their equipment projects: medical, IT, technology, audiovisual, imaging, diagnostics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and specialised equipment. As part of our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced B2B Business Developer, prospecting-oriented, capable of creating new business opportunities and gradually developing a qualified network. Your mission

Your role will be to develop a qualified sales pipeline for Ecofina. You will be specifically responsible for: identifying new prospects in the medical, IT, technology, and professional equipment sectors; using LinkedIn, digital tools, databases, and CRM to generate new opportunities; contacting executives, doctors, suppliers, IT managers, and professional decision-makers; qualifying equipment needs and investment projects; organising qualified sales meetings; presenting Ecofina’s solutions as a flexible alternative to traditional banking solutions; rigorously and methodically following up on your opportunities; actively contributing to the company’s commercial development. Profile sought

We are looking for a dynamic, structured, and results-oriented commercial personality. Ideally, you have: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, prospecting, or commercial development; concrete experience in field or digital prospecting; good proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM, digital tools, and modern lead generation methods; the ability to contact decision-makers and create opportunities from scratch; an interest in the medical, technological, IT, or professional equipment sectors; good personal discipline and true autonomy in organising your activity; a commercial mindset oriented towards results, with a taste for contact, prospecting, and development. Experience in financing, leasing, or scalable rental is an advantage but not essential. Above all, we seek someone already commercially operational, capable of intelligent prospecting, building relationships, and converting contacts into qualified meetings. What we offer
